Claims Management

We work with you to design and implement effective claims management strategies.  Should you experience a claim your account manager, as your dedicated advocate, will coordinate with a claims counselor on our claims team.  That counselor will guide you through the process ensuring that your claim is handled appropriately and promptly.
Our services include:

  • periodic claims review
    regularly scheduled meetings to review all claims filed in a given time frame
  • tracking of specific claims
    to make sure all information is processed expeditiously and to monitor reserves
